We deliver all across Bangladesh. Whether you are inside Dhaka or in any other district, our delivery partners ensure your bedding products reach your doorstep safely and securely.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Delivery Timeline
Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary slightly due to external factors like weather conditions, political situations, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard rates typically apply based on your location:
- Inside Dhaka: Standard delivery fee applies.
- Outside Dhaka: Base delivery fee + weight-based adjustments (if any).
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Bangladesh. You can pay the full amount in cash to the delivery executive when you receive your package. Sometimes, for orders outside Dhaka or bulk orders, we may request a small advance payment to confirm the order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email with the tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery directly on our courier partner's website.
